Unstained products usually ship in 4-6 weeks; Stained and poly products usually ship in 4-8 weeks.
All products shipped by UPS Ground and tracking emails are sent to each customer once the boxes leave our warehouse.

Shipping information
In-stock orders ship within 5 business days, and we'll email tracking within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Please inspect your package for damage before signing for delivery -- if anything looks damaged, refuse the shipment and contact us right away at sales@theporchswingstore.com.

Returns & warranty
Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all original packaging and an RMA number issued by us. A few product types aren't eligible for return -- custom or made-to-order items, cushions with a specified fabric selection, and any product that has been assembled, installed, or used. Manufacturer warranty documentation is included with each product.
